These Terms apply to our ongoing ArtNet giveaway and outline how the draw works, who can enter, and how winners are selected.

Giveaway Terms & Conditions

These Giveaway Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Art of Ping Pong Ltd (“Art of Ping Pong”, “we”, “us”, “our”) giveaway of an ArtNet. By entering the giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Organiser

The giveaway is organised and administered by Art of Ping Pong Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

2. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
  • Only one entry per person is permitted.
  • Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Art of Ping Pong Ltd are not eligible to enter.

3. How it works

  • For every 100 valid signups to our mailing list, one entrant will be selected to win.
  • Winners are chosen automatically via our email platform (Klaviyo).
  • The number of winners varies depending on signup volumes.
  • A “valid signup” means a unique email address supplied directly through our website’s signup form. Automated or bulk entries are not permitted.

4. Prize

Each winner will receive one (1) ArtNet set, which includes:

  • Three-piece net
  • Oak wall bracket with screws
  • Two bats
  • Four balls

The specific ArtNet design may vary depending on availability.
No cash alternative or substitution is permitted.
The prize is non-transferable.

5. Notification & Claiming the Prize

  • Winners will be notified by email using the address provided at signup.
  • Winners must reply within 14 days of notification to claim their prize.
  • If the prize is not claimed within this time, it will be forfeited and offered to another entrant.

6. Delivery

  • Art of Ping Pong will cover all shipping costs for the prize.
  • Delivery time may vary depending on stock and demand.

7. Fair Play

  • Entries made using multiple email addresses or other methods intended to manipulate the giveaway will be disqualified.
  • In cases of suspected foul play, Art of Ping Pong Ltd reserves the right to void any prize and select a replacement winner.

8. Data Protection

  • Personal data supplied during the giveaway will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails from Art of Ping Pong Ltd. You can unsubscribe at any time.

9. Liability

  • Art of Ping Pong Ltd is not liable for entries not received due to technical errors or issues beyond our control.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
