Lead times

For all stocked items, orders are typically processed within 2–3 working days.

Our ArtTables are made to order and produced in small production runs, typically over two weeks. When your order is placed, will influence when your ArtTable will be ready, but rest assured, it will be at most two weeks.

We can sometimes improve upon this, so if timing is critical, please get in touch – we love to try to make things work.

Packing of our ArtTables

Prices exclude delivery unless stated. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address. If rates change significantly due to unforeseen events, we’ll let you know.

For ArtTables, please check access (doors, stairs, etc.) and the space you plan to use it before ordering. If the item doesn’t fit on delivery, we can’t be held responsible.

EU and International shipping

We ship worldwide — if your country isn’t listed, just contact us.

All international orders now include duties and import taxes in the product price. There’ll be no extra payments or customs fees on delivery — everything is handled upfront for a smooth experience.

If a delivery is refused or returned for reasons outside our control, we must deduct any associated shipping and handling costs from any refund.

Returns

We hope you love your purchase, but if you change your mind, you can return most items within 14 working days of delivery (excluding made-to-order pieces and sale items). After this period, we’re unfortunately unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

To start a return, just email us with your receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If it is, we’ll process it (minus delivery costs) back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 30 days.

Items must be unused, in original packaging and with no sign of use. 

Our pieces are crafted from high-quality wood, each with its own unique grain, colour, and character — we see this as part of their charm. Because of this, returns based on natural variations aren’t accepted.

We carefully check every ArtTable before it leaves our workshop, but if something arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll make it right with a repair or replacement.

Return shipping is at your cost, so please package items securely and consider insurance, as any damage in transit is the customer’s responsibility.

We’ll always do what we can to make things right — just get in touch and we’ll help find the best solution.

Sale item returns

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
